When editing a reminder, the routine sometimes doesn’t update to the new time. Still receiving the reminder for the old time and new time cause created a new event. Also noticed that synced reminders don’t update text in calendar when edited

Sarah Duong With 1.9.2, please go to Settings > About > Diagnostics > Reconfigure Notifications to fix the issues with notifications.
The latest update also includes a fix for the calendar event editing, so it should work now! 
Please confirm that these issues have been fixed for you if you can!

Regarding routines:
If you are editing an individual reminder created by the routine, it is not meant to update the routine itself, instead the individual reminders becomes its own thing which you can reschedule to a new time. If you need to make the routine to always remind you at the new time, go to the Routines in the Space's settings and change it there.
If this bug occurs from editing inside the routines form, I am testing more scenarios with editing routines and notifications, so hopefully will catch those bugs.
Regarding reminders in Calendar:
I was able to reproduce it and will work on releasing a fix today.
