With 1.9.2, you can go to Settings > About > Diagnostics > Reconfigure Notifications to fix the issues with notifications.

There was an issue where if you deleted routines, notifications would not get cancelled. It is fixed now.

If you run into other issues with this, please let me know.

I thought this issue was fully fixed but I was able to reproduce routines not cancelling notifications after deleting them. If you're affected you'll likely need to use a diagnostic notification reset I'll introduce in the coming update.
